Deliveries

At Cleaners Warehouse, we prioritise fast delivery of your cleaning supplies. We know how crucial it is for you to receive your products promptly and efficiently. Most of our deliveries are handled by our dedicated in-house drivers, allowing us to aim for same or next-day delivery across the Sydney Metro area for orders placed before 11 AM.

Having our own team ensures a high-quality, personalized service. Our drivers are familiar with your needs and site requirements, making your delivery experience hassle-free.

Delivery Information:

• Enjoy free delivery within the Sydney Metro area for orders over $199 (Inc GST).
• A $25 (Inc GST) delivery fee applies to orders under $199 within the Sydney Metro.
• For locations outside the Sydney Metro, we’ll provide a freight quote at the time of purchase, either through our online cart or upon request.

In some cases, we may use a reliable courier service for delivery. Our customer service team will keep you informed with tracking details on the day your order is processed.

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you and ship them as soon as they become available at no extra cost.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within {{ Australia }}. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
